I am AFU. My day job is CRM and automation for a marketing agency, and my evenings usually end with a small thing built to solve one real problem.

I am not a trained software engineer. My degree is in another field. The way I work is building alongside AI agents, testing until it holds, and shipping to production. I say this early so the expectation is right from the start. What I sell is not a job title, it is something you can open and use today.

How I work

I start with one question: what do you do over and over every week. If the answer can be written down as steps, it can become code. If it needs a human judgement call every single time, I will tell you straight that automation is not the answer, and we find another way.

When I build a chatbot, the answers have to be signed off by someone who knows the field, not invented by a model. When the bot is unsure, it stops and calls a human. That rule holds on every install I do.

What I use

Web: Next.js, Astro, Svelte, and Cloudflare for hosting, Workers, D1 and Durable Objects. I like Cloudflare because the monthly cost stays flat even when traffic spikes.

Automation: WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, n8n, Make.com, Google Apps Script, and AI agents running on a VPS I manage.

Data: Airtable, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio for reports that non technical people actually have to read.

What I turn down

I do not take bulk messaging work aimed at numbers that never gave permission. It burns your number and it burns my name. If your list came from real customers, that is a different conversation, and I can help you build a flow that stays safe.
